The Warsaw Enterprise Institute is concerned about the emerging ideas of covering the market with new regulations for services provided outside the Labor Law, including those provided through new technological solutions, such as applications and web portals. The changes within the Polish Governance clearly show that the Polish legislator does not currently have the appropriate know-how to design good and clear regulations. In the era of high market uncertainty, reinforced by rising inflation, adding new regulations of dubious quality will be strongly anti-developmental in nature.

Starting in 2029, the European CO2 emissions trading scheme is to cover residential heating and private transportation apart from industry. The Warsaw Enterprise Institute, in
