Adam Eberhardt

Vice-president of the Warsaw Enterprise Institute. Doctor of political science, expert in international affairs, primarily Eastern European issues.

Plenipotentiary of the Prime Minister for Supporting Reforms in the Republic of Moldova. Co-chairman of the Polish-Czech Forum under the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Poland and the Czech Republic. Sits on the Foreign Policy College of the President of the Republic of Poland. Member of the Consultative Committee of the Presidents of Poland and Ukraine. Appointed by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage to the Archival Council of the 2020-2023 term and the Memorial Council of the Pilecki Institute.

Advisor to the President of Ukraine within the framework of the 2022 established. Group on International Security Guarantees for Ukraine.

Director of the Center for Eastern Studies from 2016-2022, and before that deputy director of OSW for eight years. He also worked as an expert and then head of research and analysis at the Polish Institute of International Affairs and a permanent correspondent for the Polish Press Agency in Moscow.

He has taught at the Diplomatic Academy for students of the diplomatic-consular application of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, at Collegium Civitas, at the Study of Eastern Europe at Warsaw University, and as a guest lecturer at European, American and Asian universities and think-tanks. Member of the editorial board of the Polish Diplomatic Review.

For his achievements in professional work and social activities awarded in 2015. Knight’s Cross of the Order of Rebirth of Poland – Polonia Restituta.
