Director of the WEI Office in Kyiv. In the past, analyst (Senior Fellow) at the Center for Eastern Studies (OSW), author of numerous reports and analyzes in Polish, European and American think tanks. Lang has many years of experience in working in Ukraine as an analyst, and later as a coordinator of the trend analysis cell in the Head Office of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission in Ukraine. After the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022, Lang became involved in humanitarian aid to Ukraine as the head of the mission of the Solidarity Fund PL in Lviv. Currently he is involved in a number of projects aimed at supporting Ukraine.
