Oleh Levchenko
Civic activist, a regional development consultant, a facilitator and a mediator. In 2004, a member of the public protest movement “Black Opora”; a co-founder of the all-Ukrainian organization Public Network OPORA and member of the Board; an active participant of Maidan 2013-2014 as part of the initiative group “Civic sector Euromaidan”.
Since 2000 Oleh Levchenko has been engaged in public expertise and monitoring issues of transparency of election processes. Since 2002 he has been a consultant for the development of community development strategies, implementation and development of regional innovations, investment programs and projects; an expert in writing strategic and program corporate documents. He has years of experience in the implementation of projects aimed at the development of territorial communities, electronic governance, the introduction of energy-saving technologies, the formation of an effective, efficient and transparent government in the cities of Ukraine.
Oleh Levchenko studied and implemented projects on participation and public consultations, many years of experience in GR. From 2014 to 2020, he was responsible for the implementation of the decentralization reform in Vinnytsia Region.
Oleh Levchenko is also a councilor on public grounds for the restoration of the territories of the Melitopol mayor and the deputy mayor of Mariupol. From 2020 to 2022, he was the Head of the Economic Recovery Office of the Azov region (Mariupol, ERA Project (USAID)).
