She has 11 years of experience in project management, fundraising, grant writing. 14 years of experience in public administration and local government, including five years as head of international cooperation and project activities at Lutsk City Council. She managed teams of 6 to 13 people (international partnership projects, humanitarian aid). She has experience in writing and implementing “soft” and high-budget projects with an infrastructural component (major road repairs, outdoor lighting, renovation) as a team member and manager responsible for implementation.
