For 20 years he was involved in the strategic consulting sector on behalf of companies in the arms, energy and pharmaceutical industries. From 2006 to 2018, he was co-owner of one of the largest Polish Public Affairs agencies. During this time, projects included development strategy, export policy, economic regulation. He supervised and implemented projects related to the pharmaceutical industry, security (including economic security) and defense. He advised on many strategic and crisis communication projects.
